Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you (the account owner) and Samic Ventures LLC("Dewul," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Inquiries: info@dewul.com.

Plain-English summary

• · Use Dewul for legitimate business calls. No spam, robocalls or impersonation.
• · You must have the right to receive calls at the phone numbers you point at us.
• · We provide the service on a best-effort basis — no SLA yet.
• · Either side can terminate with 30 days' notice. Unused prepaid time is prorated and refunded.
• · You own your calls, transcripts and customer data. We don't sell it.
• · The AI agent can make mistakes; you accept that risk. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dewul for unsolicited automated calling outside applicable consent laws (TCPA, GDPR ePrivacy, equivalent local rules), to impersonate regulated professionals (medical, legal, financial advice), or to deceive callers about the nature of the assistant. Violations may terminate the account immediately without refund.

Fees and trials

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, and your selected plan (Starter / Standard / Pro) starts billing automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Per-minute overage rates apply when included usage is exceeded; see the pricing page for current rates. Fees are charged monthly in advance through your configured billing provider.

Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in the privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You agree you have the right to share with us the data you upload (FAQs, documents, websites).

Termination

Either side may terminate for any reason with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (acceptable-use violation, non-payment after 14 days' notice, fraud).

Disclaimers and liability

Dewul is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI agent will be free of errors. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless a small-claims court is available and appropriate.

AI disclosure

All calls are answered by an AI receptionist. Every call begins with an AI disclosure and a call-recording notice as required by US and EU law. Customers cannot disable or modify this disclosure.

Telephony compliance

Dewul phone numbers do not support emergency calling. Dial 911 (US) or your local equivalent from a different line in an emergency. Outbound SMS is subject to A2P 10DLC registration; Dewul registers your brand and campaign with carriers within 5 business days of plan activation. Numbers in countries requiring local address proof (UK, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Italy) require additional verification — Dewul will request the documents at number purchase.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
