1. Prohibited uses

Dewul is an inbound AI receptionist. You may not use it for outbound marketing or sales calls, robocalls, telemarketing, debt collection, deceptive impersonation of real people, deepfake voice cloning of identifiable persons, harassment, scams, or fraud of any kind.

2. AI impersonation policy

Dewul never claims to be a human. Every call opens with a mandatory AI + recording disclosure. Customers may not remove, shorten, or modify that disclosure prefix.

3. Healthcare / PHI

Dewul has not signed a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Healthcare customers must not transmit Protected Health Information through Dewul until a BAA is executed (targeted for a later release).

4. Children

Dewul is not for services directed at children under 13 (COPPA-regulated audiences).

5. Geographic restrictions

Not available to persons or entities in countries or on lists sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

6. Enforcement

Violations result in immediate suspension without refund. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
