Subprocessors
Last updated 2026-06-02.
Dewul, operated by Samic Ventures LLC (Wyoming, USA), works with a small set of vetted third-party providers to deliver the service. Each is contractually bound — under a data-processing agreement and confidentiality terms — to protect the data it processes and to use it only to provide its service to us. The categories below describe what each type of provider does and the data involved.
| Provider category | Purpose | Data | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telephony & messaging | Phone-number provisioning, voice call routing, call-recording storage, and SMS delivery. | Caller phone numbers, call audio, call metadata. | United States |
| Speech & language AI | Real-time transcription, voice synthesis, and call classification / summaries, plus knowledge-base search. Bound by no-training-on-customer-data terms. | Call audio, transcribed text, FAQ/document text. | United States |
| Cloud hosting | Runs the Dewul application and stores its data. | Stored application data (encrypted in transit). | United States |
| Email delivery | Transactional email — sign-in, password reset, booking confirmations, escalations. Never marketing. | Recipient email addresses, message content. | United States |
| Payments | Subscription billing and payment processing. Card data is handled by the payment processor — Dewul never sees full card numbers. | Billing contact, plan, payment status. | United States |
Named provider list. A current, itemized list of the specific named subprocessors in each category is available to customers on request and under our Data Processing Agreement. We notify account owners before adding a new subprocessor that processes personal data, so they have the opportunity to object.
To request the named list, or for questions about international data transfers, email info@dewul.com. See also our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
